What Would You Like To Know?

Q. When will the Black and Gold be available on general release?

A. The new and improved black and gold holder will be released in the first week in January 2020. If you have pre-ordered your black and gold holder, you should have receieved it by now. If not, please contact us and we can check your tracking.

Q. Is the Black holder the same as the white holder?

A. Yes, and No. The new black holder has had many improvements made to it. It has been produced using repurposed (recycled) plastic, so it is even more environmentally friendly but just a super strong as the white. The new gold comb fits better, plus the teeth are closer together to ensure even the smallest bonds cannot slip through. The black holder has colour matching screws to make it look more professional and attractive.

Q. What kinds of bonds can be used with EasyStrands?

A. You can use any pre-tipped bonds with EasyStrands. Even the smallest ones.

Q. How many strands can the EasyStrands Hold?

A. It depends on the type of bond you are using but more than enough for a full head. We have held over 500 flat tips on our EasyStrands without any problems (and still had room for more!)

Q. Can the EasyStrands hold tapes and wefts?

A. Yes. Tapes, wefts and clip-ins can all be held securely on the EasyStrands.

Q. Can the hair be brushed on the EasyStrands?

A. Yes. All hair can safely be brushed whilst on the EasyStrands. In fact, we recommend regular brushing to keep the hair in good condition and prevent tangling.

Q. Can I blow dry hair on the EasyStrands?

A. Absolutely yes! Our EasyStrands are designed and built with every treatment in mind. The plastic used for EasyStrands can withstand very high temperatures. A hairdryer is no problem!

Q. Why is the hair tangling when I take a strand off the holder?

A. Check you have the comb in at the proper angle. Make sure the hair is falling downwards. Holding the hair by the tip, lift each strand up and over the comb. DO NOT pull the hair through the comb as this will cause tangling and damage to the hair.

Q. The comb keeps falling out of the holder. What am I doing wrong?

A. In order to work properly, the comb must be securely attached to the holder. If it keeps sliding out, try pushing it in further until you feel it ‘click’.  If you are still having problems, get in touch with us, you may need a replacement comb.

Q. Will the Hair Extensions Holder be available in other colours?

A. Yes! To start with it will be available in white but then we will be able to make other colours too. If you have a particular colour in mind, contact us and we’ll see if we can match it for you.

Q. Will the Custom Colour Mat be available in other colours?

A. No. We have thought about this and decided that black is the best colour to prevent staining from various hair colours.

Q. Why do I need an account to order an EasyStrands?

A. EasyStrands is a tool for professionals and is only intended for use by trained hair extensionists. By telling us your business name, you are reassuring us that it will be used in your trade.

Q. Do you accept returns?

A. Yes. If the product arrives to you in a damaged condition, simply return it to us for either a replacement or a full refund including shipping costs. If the product is in good condition but you change your mind, simply return it within 30 days, with an explanation of why you are not happy, for a full refund excluding shipping costs.
If the comb is damaged on delivery, simply let us know and we will send out a new one free of charge to you. There is no need to replace the entire holder. Extra combs can also be purchased on our website.
